• Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance role.
• Current Full UK Driver’s License required.
• Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Undertake fault finding, repair and replacement of equipment.
• Participate in on-call rota to provide out of hours cover.
