Overview

We are recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to work on a flagship commercial contract in London. You will supervise a team of qualified electrical and mechanical foot mobile engineers to ensure first-class delivery of maintenance services on a newly won commercial contract.

Within the Foot Mobile Maintenance Supervisor role you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting a team of foot mobile engineers across multiple sites
• Coordinating PPM and reactive maintenance schedules
• Ensuring compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction
• Managing CAFM system updates and reporting (JobLogic)
• Raising PO numbers and overseeing job completion
• Assisting on engineering escalations and delivering first-class engineering services
• All sites under your responsibility for this client are based in central London

For this mobile maintenance supervisor role we are looking for:

• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (fully qualified) and ideally multi-skilled (Level 3, 18th edition, NVQ/City and Guilds)
• Experience of working as a supervisor for a service provider previously on corporate contracts
• A strong understanding of building compliance, PPM management and health and safety
• A great attitude to work, a team player with strong client-facing skills
