Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Mechanical bias with basic electrical skills.
• Good working knowledge of lighting systems and BMS controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Handle general building services tasks including plumbing and drainage.
• Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.

Skills

Experience in commercial maintenance

HVAC systems knowledge

Good communication skills

Education

City & Guilds Qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical
