Co-op Funeralcare is seeking a Mobile Funeral Arranger to cover approx. five funeral homes in the Cambridge & Suffolk area. This full-time role is 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £26,266 per annum and benefits. A full UK driving licence is required for this mobile position.

No prior experience in the funeral industry is necessary; full training and ongoing support are provided to help you deliver compassionate service to families.

Qualificações

• Full manual UK driving licence is required.
• Comfort with direct contact with the deceased as part of duties.
• Ability to operate with professionalism, dignity and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to meet clients and build community relationships.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging visits.
• Keep funeral home clean, safe, and welcoming; report maintenance issues.
• Manage client documentation and invoicing across digital systems.
• Refer regulated work to the Funeral Plan Arrangers team.
• Assist with handling coffins and prepare the deceased for viewing.
