Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence required.
• No prior funeral industry experience needed; full training provided.
• Comfort with physical aspects of the role (lifting/moving Coffins)

Responsibilities

• Travel to meet clients and build relationships in the community.
• Support clients in person and by phone; arrange family visits and answer questions.
• Keep the funeral home clean, safe, and welcoming; report maintenance issues as needed.
• Operate client management systems to manage arrangements and invoicing.
