Job summary

ISS is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead integrated facilities management services across a portfolio of sites in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. This is a mobile role with responsibility for delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality services while acting as the primary on-site point of contact for customer stakeholders.

You will manage multi-site operations, drive continuous improvement, recruit and develop teams, and ensure budgets and SLAs deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities management across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive value for money.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated facilities management across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance and soft services.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and promote safety culture.
• Manage budgets, SLAs, and cost controls.
• Develop operational teams and succession planning.
• Act as customer-facing representative and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor performance through audits and continuous improvement.
