Job summary

The role requires strong client relationship skills, commercial oversight and hands-on guidance of a technical operations team, with regular travel across sites.

You will ensure HSE, compliance and value delivery across multiple locations. Lead a team including Facilities Coordinator, Site Supervisor, Plumber, Technicians and Apprentices,

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management across multi-site environments.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Good commercial awareness and cost management experience.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and contract renewals.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and facilities compliance.
• Experience leading technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client relationship across locations, maintaining clear communication.
• Drive cost savings, efficiencies and value opportunities within the commercial model.
• Oversee financial governance, expenditure visibility and risks.
• Support purchasing, contractor costs and financial administration at sites.
• Lead supplier contract renewals and negotiate costs.
• Coordinate and support site operations and maintenance across the portfolio.
