Job summary

ISS Facility Services in Bath and Bristol is seeking a experienced Workplace Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities services across client sites in Bath and Bristol. You will manage a multi-skilled team, driving performance, safety and customer experience while supporting operations at a second Bristol site.

Reporting to the Regional Workplace Manager, you will develop teams, oversee PPM, audits and incident management, and ensure robust compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ FM management experience, including hard services and security.
• Experience leading multi-site operational teams.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with P&L exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a multi-skilled Bath and Bristol site teams.
• Own delivery of integrated facilities services (Cleaning, Security, Helpdesk, Engineering).
• Hold P&L accountability for site performance.
• Ensure Health & Safety, compliance and risk management.
• Drive performance against SLAs, KPIs and client expectations.
• Provide operational and financial reporting to Account Directors.
