ISS Facility Services is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the operational delivery of integrated facilities management across a designated site, ensuring a safe, compliant and customer-focused environment. You will manage hard and soft services, build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement to achieve value for money.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on health and safety, and the ability to manage budgets and performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Management experience within facilities management, education or similar service-driven environment.
• Proven leadership and organisational skills to develop teams.
• Experience managing facilities infrastructure, assets and engineering systems.
• Strong understanding of facilities management regulations, compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Demonstrable experience managing both hard and soft facilities services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day delivery of integrated facilities management services across the site.
• Manage building, engineering, cleaning and other soft services to meet contractual requirements.
• Build positive relationships with customers, stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained site-wide.
• Monitor service performance, budgets and targets, identifying opportunities for cost control.
• Lead and motivate site teams to sustain high performance.
• Oversee contractor and supplier performance and contractual compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to deliver value for money.
