Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day Facilities Management across a portfolio of sites. You will ensure safe, efficient service delivery, manage hard and soft FM activities, and drive continuous improvements while meeting contractual KPIs and client requirements.

You will lead Area Site Managers and operational teams, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain high service quality across multiple sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Essential degree or equivalent in Building Services/Facilities Management.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate.
• Experience leading multi-site FM operations and managing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and support to Area Site Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and teams.
• Drive safe, efficient delivery of hard and soft FM services across the portfolio.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and client requirements are met; identify causes of shortfalls and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee PP M, reactive maintenance and remedial works within contractual timescales.
• Promote Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality culture and ensure compliance.
• Manage contractor performance and audits to meet standards.
• Attend operational reviews and update clients on performance.
• Support service improvements and lifecycle planning across sites.
