Location: East Midlands (Nottingham/Derby/Leicester)

Contract: Full time | Permanent

Work Hours: 40 Hours per week

This role exists to ensure our client sites remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your work helps create comfortable, compliant spaces for building occupants.

Responsibilities
  • Youll carry out general repairs, planned maintenance, and minor plumbing and decorating across multiple client sites.
  • The role includes regular safety checks and accurate record-keeping.
  • Youll provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with building occupants.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues is essential.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in general building maintenance and handyman tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices in a facilities environment.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to undertake further training and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
