Job description

Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm + Out of Hours Rota Technical Operations

Responsibilities

• Operate all MEP systems on site in a competent and confident manner (including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations).
• Make recommendations for improvement and provide concise technical reports when required.
• Efficiently and effectively complete eLogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks that have been allocated.
• Ensure that tasks have been acknowledged and completed within SLA requirements.

Service & Quality Assurance

• Ensure that Specialist Vendor service visits are completed efficiently.
• Inspect quality of work and communicate recommendations to the JLL Supervisor.
• Take ownership of site (including all plant rooms) under JLL control.
• Ensure sites are brought up to and maintained to the required show site standards.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Actively participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities.
• Complete Hazard/Near Miss Reporting as required.
• Regular attendance and completion of scheduled Toolbox Talks.

Supply Chain Management

• Liaise with the supply chain when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works.

Technical Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Building Services Environments.
• Electrical Engineering apprenticeship/NVQ/C&G or similar qualification.
• C&G Parts 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition).

Personal Skills

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
• Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
