We’re looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards with the deep cleaning team, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. This is a mobile role across London, therefore the applicant must feel comfortable driving around London to and from work. Company vehicle will be issued.

Contract: Fixed-term contract with the ability to be made permanent based on great performance. Type: Fixed-term to permanent. Hours: 36 hours. Pay: £16.50. Location: London sites.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and lead effectively the deep cleaning team
• Ability to conduct floor walks and follow up in a timely manner with the team before shifts ends
• Support the Operations Manager on the London Fire Brigade contract
• Order stock supplies
• Ensure deep cleaning tasks are executed to a great standard
• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
