Job summary

Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business and support sites across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will manage preventative maintenance, respond to reactive calls, and help optimise energy performance on commercial BMS systems.

The role offers on-call duties with additional financial benefits, a strong pathway into management and exposure to projects up to £1.5m within the UK public and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in commercial environments.
City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS equivalent.
BVSS vetting and driving license are required.

Responsibilities

Preventative maintenance on BMS systems across multiple sites.
Respond to reactive calls and participate in on-call rota with financial benefits.
Contribute to reports and cost estimates for system enhancements.
