Job summary
EQUANS Digital is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our team covering Northampton and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You’ll maintain Building Management Systems, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to energy efficiency improvements across client sites.
You’ll bring City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS and hands-on experience with HVAC/mechanical systems, plus a full UK driving license. On-call work is part of the role with financial benefits.
Qualifications
- HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge for commercial environments.
- City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS is required.
- BPSS vetting and full UK driving license are required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance on BMS systems across multiple sites.
- Respond to reactive calls and participate in on-call rota with financial benefits.
- Assist with continuous improvement including reports and cost estimates for system enhancements.
