Job summary
Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering Milton Keynes and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will manage a variety of planned and reactive tasks across our diverse portfolio, including Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Business Parks and Government Buildings.
Your day-to-day will include preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns via a reactive rota (with on-call benefits) and driving continuous improvement through thorough reports and
Qualifications
- City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS
- Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- BPSS vetting
Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components across multiple sites.
- Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns and taking part in a reactive call-out rota with on-call benefits.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with engineers to improve system performance and energy efficiency, compiling reports and cost estimates for enhancements.
