Job summary

Equans is looking for a Mobile BMS Service Engineer to join our Digital business, covering Nottingham and the surrounding areas on a full time basis. At Equans Digital, we aren't just upgrading Building Management Systems; we're collaborating with the UK's commercial and public sectors to build a 'Smart Enabled' future.

Supported by an ambitious 5-year growth strategy and projects ranging up to £1.5m, we are looking for a team to help us grow sustainably.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence; BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: carry out scheduled checks on BMS systems across sites.
• Reactive Calls: respond to breakdowns and participate in on-call rota with benefits.
• Continuous Improvement: recommend enhancements and build cost estimates & quotes for system upgrades.
