Equans is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering London and the surrounding areas on a full time basis. At Equans Digital, we aren’t just upgrading Building Management Systems; we’recollaboratingwith the UK’s commercial and public sectors to build a 'Smart Enabled' future.

Supported by anambitious5-year growth strategy and projects ranging up to £1.5m, we are looking for ateam to help us grow sustainably.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Experience with Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens, or Niagara.
• HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge in a commercial setting.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems.
• Reactive Calls: Respond to breakdowns; participate in an on-call rota with additional financial benefits.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose system performance and energy efficiency enhancements with cost estimates.
