Job summary

Equans is seeking a Mobile BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering Bristol and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will manage preventive maintenance and reactive calls across a diverse portfolio including schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings.

The role involves participating in a reactive call-out rota with added financial benefits, plus opportunities to improve energy efficiency and system performance across sites.

Qualifications

Electrical or BEMS qualifications required.
Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara is beneficial.
Experience with HVAC and building services in commercial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out preventative maintenance on BMS systems across multiple sites.
Respond to reactive calls and maintain service levels.
Produce clear reports, cost estimates and quotes for system enhancements.
