EQUANS is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Northampton and the surrounding areas on a full-time basis. The role focuses on maintaining BMS/HVAC systems, responding to breakdowns, and contributing to energy efficiency improvements across sites.

The opportunity includes career development into management, estimating, and business development, with a comprehensive benefits package and on-call incentives.

Qualifications

• Electrical or BEMS qualification required.
• Experience with building management or HVAC systems is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• BPSS vetting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on BMS systems across sites.
• Respond to reactive call-outs as part of a rota with on-call benefits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by producing reports and cost estimates for system enhancements.
