Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to cover Birmingham and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will manage a variety of planned and reactive tasks across schools, hospitals, offices, business parks, and government buildings as part of our Digital business.

The role includes on-call duty with additional financial benefits, cost estimation for system enhancements, and opportunities for professional growth through training and qualifications.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving License.
• BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns when things go wrong.
• Continuous Improvement: Working with other engineer colleagues to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
