Job summary

Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to support our Digital business, covering Liverpool and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to reactive calls across diverse sites including schools, hospitals, offices, and government buildings.

Experience with BMS platforms such as Trend, Niagara, Distech, Siemens or Tridium is preferred. A City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS and a full UK driving license are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge in a commercial environment.
• Experience with BMS platforms is desirable.
• Ability to interpret control sequences and energy performance data.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on BMS systems across multiple sites.
• Handle reactive calls and participate in on-call rota with enhanced benefits.
• Produce clear cost estimates and improvement recommendations for system upgrades.
