Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering Nottingham and surrounding areas on a full time basis. You will maintain and commission Building Management Systems across schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings, ensuring reliability and energy efficiency.

The role requires a UK driving license, a background in electrical or BEMS qualifications, and experience with HVAC/mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS required.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Full UK driving license; BPSS vetting may apply.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on BMS systems across various sites.
• Respond to reactive calls and participate in a call-out rota with on-call benefits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement improvements and provide cost estimates for enhancements.
