Job summary

Westcoast Limited, based from Theale, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Mobile Team. You will manage existing customers, build relationships with vendors, and identify opportunities for new business while coordinating with internal teams to meet targets.

The role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel nationwide to meet clients and partners, contributing to continued growth of the UK’s leading IT distributor group.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and account management within mobile and IT products and solutions.
• Ability to develop and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and vendors; build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue and profit margin of accounts against forecasts and take action to exceed targets.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on strategies for new products.
• Periodic credit limit and debt reviews for customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing dialogue and issue resolution.
• Manage adhoc activities relevant to the role.
