Westcoast Limited, based from Theale, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Mobile Team. You will manage existing customers, build relationships with vendors, and identify opportunities for new business while coordinating with internal teams to meet targets.
The role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel nationwide to meet clients and partners, contributing to continued growth of the UK’s leading IT distributor group.

As Business Development Manager, you will be working within the mobile team playing a key part in ensuring that the aspirations and targets associated to the team and individual accounts are met and exceeded.
You will be expected to provide professional account management to existing customers, of which tasks include relationship building, pipeline management, forecast input, quarterly reviews etc.
You should be well organised and able to analyse your performance and present back to senior management within the organisation. You will also be expected to have good negotiation skills and the ability to communicate professionally with the key stakeholders that you interact with within the business. Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate excellent communication with customers and vendors alike and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.
The role is based from the Theale office and you will need to manage your time both within the office, aligning yourself to the wider company strategy and out of the office throughout the country visiting customers and vendors, taking a consultative approach to understand their needs so that you can identify the best way to grow the mobile business.
