Job summary

Westcoast is seeking a Retail Account Manager to work with the Account Director and the retail team to deliver a high-level service to major retail accounts in the UK. You will manage key mobile brands across Westcoast's profile, forecast stock, attend customer and vendor meetings, and grow revenue and product availability across leading retailers.

Qualifications

• Background in retail account management, retail category management or FMCG account management essential.
• Analytical ability to spot trends and draw conclusions from data.
• Advanced Excel skills are advantageous for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with vendor/retail contacts and attend retailer/vendor meetings.
• Monitor weekly stock and sales; develop and maintain reporting tools to track inventory flow.
• Manage promotional activity and co-ordinate new product launches with 100% availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with major retailers and drive revenue growth.
