Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a global Facilities Management business in Surrey. You will maintain VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, CRAC units, Dencos, upflow and downflow units, and chillers across critical environments for a high-profile client.

The role requires F-Gas Category 1, Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, and a valid UK driving licence. A company van is provided with personal use, along with overtime and on-call allowances.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, CRAC units, Dencos, upflow/downflow units and chillers.
• Strong fault finding, repair and compressor replacement skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings.
• Cover service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of HVAC equipment.

We're partnering with a global Facilities Management business who are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team, working across critical environments for a high-profile client.

Responsibilities

• The role will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings.
• Equipment includes VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, CRAC units, Dencos, upflow and downflow units, and chillers. Engineers looking to apply will need to be strong across all or the majority of this equipment, covering service, maintenance, fault finding and repair.
• You should also be capable of carrying out compressor replacements, pressure testing, leak detection and brazing.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 and a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (C&G/NVQ or equivalent) are essential, alongside a full UK driving licence.
