Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance across the UK. The role covers service, maintenance and repair of split AC, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps, with work on Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba and LG equipment.

A time-served background in facilities management and an on-call rota are required. You will hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel as required, working in a diverse, field-based role with

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.
• Work across a variety of manufacturer equipment, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba and LG systems.
• May also work on refrigerations equipment such as chilled cabinets, multidecks or ice machines.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for:

• Service, maintain and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.
• Work across a variety of manufacturer equipment, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba and LG systems.
• You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets, multidecks or ice machines.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A background within a maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• Relevant qualifications, e.g. FGAS & ODS Regulations, a time-served apprenticeship, City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence
