Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a major UK facilities management contractor in Greater London. You will service, maintain, and repair split AC, VRV/VRF, and heat pumps across commercial sites, with on-call responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has FM maintenance experience, relevant FGAS/ODS qualifications, and a time-served apprenticeship or NVQ. You will work on Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, LG and other equipment across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• A background in a maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• Relevant qualifications, e.g. FGAS & ODS Regulations, a time-served apprenticeship, City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.
• Work across a variety of manufacturer equipment, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba and LG systems.
• Possible work on refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets, multidecks or ice machines.

We are looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Service, maintain and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.
• Work across a variety of manufacturer equipment, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba and LG systems.
• You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets, multidecks or ice machines.
