Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading facilities management contractor in the UK. You will deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance services across diverse environments in a field-based role.

Responsibilities include servicing and repairing split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps, completing timely documentation, and supporting on refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets and ice machines.

Qualifications

• Background in maintenance / facilities management environment.
• Full, current driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent qualifications.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for:

• Service maintenance and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work
• You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A background within a maintenance / facilities management environment
• Full, current driving licence
• Willingness to participate in an On-Call rota
• Relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent
