Addition Solutions in Farnborough is hiring a Support Engineer to join a hands-on, security-focused team. You’ll troubleshoot, provide 1st/2nd line support, manage incidents, and assist with onboarding and device provisioning across Windows and macOS environments.

You’ll work with Microsoft 365, Azure/AD, Intune, MFA/CA, and ITSM tools, with travel to sites as required. A customer-focused mindset and proactive learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st/2nd line support across Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure/AD services.
• Familiarity with endpoint management (Intune) and security controls (MFA/CA).

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote user support and manage tickets.
• Respond to monitoring alerts and assist with incident management.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS and endpoint management environments.
• Document activities in ticketing system and knowledge bases.
• Occasionally travel to customer or operational sites as needed.
