Job summary

Computer Network Defence Ltd (CND) is seeking a Support Engineer in Farnborough to join a team delivering secure digital solutions in highly classified environments. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, resolve issues, and help maintain critical platforms that enable mission success.

Responsibilities include incident management, remote and desk-side user support, MS 365/Azure/Entra ID/AD administration, device provisioning, and documentation. DV clearance is mandatory or eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Intune and endpoint management experience.
• PowerShell knowledge.
• Device provisioning and user onboarding experience.
• Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and security best practices.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Atlassian.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support across secure environments.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and monitoring alerts.
• Support users remotely and desk-side.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Provision devices and onboard users.
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous service improvement.
