Job summary
Onyx-Conseil is seeking a Support Engineer for on-site work in Farnborough. You will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across secure environments, working with engineering, architecture and delivery teams to maintain reliable and secure services.
The role requires DV clearance and involves end-user support, incident management, and occasional travel to remote sites. Strong Windows/Azure/Microsoft 365 skills and PowerShell automation are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows 10/11 administration.
- Proficient in Azure/Entra ID/Active Directory administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong endpoint management and device provisioning skills.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Security concepts including MFA and Conditional Access.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Atlassian.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for systems and infrastructure.
- Respond to support requests, manage incidents, and update users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
- Deliver desk-side and remote end-user support.
- Monitor alerts, investigate issues, and escalate complex problems.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base.
- Assist with user onboarding and device provisioning.
- Support travel to remote sites when required.
