• Assist in developing professional midwifery agenda.
• Serve as the Quality and Safety expert for Women’s services.
• Promote proactive clinical governance and risk management.
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements and incident management.
• Operationally manage the risk process.
• Conduct horizon scanning of potential risks.
• Ensure the risk register is up-to-date.
