Job summary

Concept Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager for the Midlands (Birmingham) to own and grow the Midlands territory. You will identify opportunities, open doors, develop relationships and win business, backed by an established European manufacturer and strong product range.

You will develop the Midlands in your own style, travel within Europe as needed, and participate in training at the Portugal head office.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in industrial/engineering/technical environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel in Europe and attend training in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities in the Midlands territory and win new business.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers at all levels.
• Open doors, manage own pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver product training and represent the company professionally.
