Qualifications

• Proven experience in selling Apprenticeships or delivering Levy employer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship funding and employer workforce needs.
• Track record of meeting sales, start, or revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new employer partnerships for Apprenticeships.
• Develop and grow existing partnerships across the Midlands.
• Promote funded training programmes and Apprenticeship standards.
• Manage pipelines and ensure apprenticeship targets are achieved.
