Job summary

National Highways seeks a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS, accountable for operational performance, reliability and continual improvement of a critical roadside technology service. The role requires leadership across incident management, service design and supplier collaboration in a large-scale operating environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (ITIL 4 or V5).
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or Operational Technology services within a large-scale operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance for MIDAS and related roadside technology services.
• Lead fault, event and problem management, driving continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with service design, procurement, asset managers, suppliers, installers and maintainers to feed lessons learned.
• Analyse service performance data and incident trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage contracts, financials, reporting and service governance.
