Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS to own the operational performance, reliability and continual improvement of a critical roadside technology service across the Strategic Road Network. You will lead fault, event and problem management and coordinate with asset managers, suppliers and engineering specialists to maximise value across MIDAS’s lifecycle.

The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office and travel to National Highways offices across

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, IT or related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (ITIL 4 or V5) preferred.
• Experience managing complex, business-critical IT or OT services in large operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and reliability of MIDAS roadside technology.
• Lead fault, event and problem management for the service.
• Drive continuous service improvement through performance analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, asset managers and suppliers to optimise service lifecycle.
