Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS to own the operational performance, reliability and continual improvement of the roadside technology service across the network. You will lead fault, event and problem management, drive service enhancements and coordinate with asset managers, suppliers and engineers.

You will work in a hybrid role with two days in the office, supporting regional teams and executive stakeholders, and ensuring safe, reliable journeys

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, OT, IT with ITIL qualification.
Significant experience managing complex IT or OT services in large-scale operations.
Experience delivering measurable service improvements via data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead operational performance of MIDAS roadside technology.
Oversee fault, event and problem management and service improvements.
Collaborate with service design, procurement, asset managers and suppliers.
Ensure robust financial management of contracts and reporting.
Analyse performance data and risks to drive enhancements.
