Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS, responsible for operational performance, reliability and continual service improvement of a critical roadside technology service. The role leads fault, event and problem management and works with design, procurement, and asset teams to maximize value across the lifecycle.

The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office, and may involve travel to National Highways offices across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or V5).
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT/OT services in a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational performance of MIDAS and leads fault, event and problem management.
• Analyses service performance data, risks and incidents to drive improvements.
• Collaborates with service design, procurement, asset managers and suppliers to feed lessons into life cycle.
