Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS to lead operational performance of roadside technology services across the Strategic Road Network. You will drive reliability, resilience and continual improvement of MIDAS, coordinating across teams, suppliers and asset managers.

Hybrid role with two days per week in the office, based at any National Highways location with travel to team meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, IT, or OT.
• ITIL qualification (ITIL 4 or V5).
• Experience managing complex, critical IT/OT services.
• Proven ability to drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MIDAS operational performance and fault management.
• Analyze performance and risk, direct resources for improvements.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and asset teams.
• Improve performance via relationships with users, suppliers and maintainers.
• Manage contracts, financials, reporting for the service.
• Analyze data, incidents, and risks to identify enhancements.
