Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist in the United Kingdom. You will own technically complex, hands-on implementations for B2B SaaS customers from handoff to go-live, juggling 15–20 active projects and coordinating with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role leading full-cycle B2B SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record managing concurrent mid-market implementations.
• Own implementation plans end-to-end and troubleshoot configurations.
• Autonomous, self-driven, with strong coaching of customers.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented with problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 15–20 active mid-market implementations, managing timelines and follow-up.
• Develop and own project plans from handoff to go-live.
• Troubleshoot complex configurations and provide best-practice guidance.
• Advise customers on configurations and workflows balancing needs and practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product and Engineering to improve processes.
