Job summary

Enlist Sales Recruitment is partnering with a technology business to recruit an Implementation Project Manager in London. The role leads client-facing SaaS implementations from solution design through go-live, adoption and handover, across potentially multi-country rollouts.

You will work with commercial, technical and delivery teams in a hybrid London setting, ensuring requirements are translated into practical solutions and managed to time.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering B2B SaaS implementations for mid-market/enterprise clients.
• Translating client requirements into practical solutions during go-live and adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and deliver within scope.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, shape the solution and agree scope.
• Create implementation plans with timelines, milestones, resources and integrations.
• Own onboarding, including data migration, configuration, testing and training.
• Identify and resolve technical and process issues to keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and secure buy-in throughout adoption.
• Track project performance, quality and milestones; adjust plans as needed.
• Produce user guides and training materials; maintain clear implementation documentation.
• Support go-live and handover to the delivery team.
