Job summary

Blink is seeking an experienced implementation professional to own onboarding and drive customer success across a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts. You will partner with customers through demos, training, and workshops, coordinating multiple projects end-to-end.

In this London-based role, you’ll work closely with the Professional Services team to automate onboarding, deliver valuable insights, and accelerate adoption while aligning technology with business goals and measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in an onboarding role within a B2B SaaS business.
• Involvement in a scaling Professional Services function and business.
• Strong project management skills with deadlines and follow-up.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in workflows.
• Empathetic, strategic thinker aligning tech with business goals.
• Autonomous work style with structured updates.

Responsibilities

• Proactively working with new and prospective customers to enable them to get the most value from Blink's platform.
• Supporting new customers through onboarding and implementation via demos, workshops, meetings, and training.
• Managing multiple ongoing implementation projects end-to-end.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders quickly.
• Planning and leading onboarding of new customers onto Blink platform.
• Increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and engagement.
• Identifying customer needs and promoting Blink features/services where value is added.
• Building self-help resources (articles, videos, demos) for setup and launch.
• Automating onboarding processes using latest tools.
• Supporting delivery of webinars, training and reusable collateral.
• Tracking customer satisfaction and seeking ways to improve service and experience.
