Job summary

Ashby is hiring a High Touch Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers. You will manage a book of 12–15 active projects, typically 4–8 weeks each, driving successful outcomes and rapid time-to-value.

As a founding member of the High Touch Implementations team within Ashby’s Customer Success organization, you’ll shape this new offering, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the strongest possible customer experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Ability to define scope, align stakeholders, and communicate project plans.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong listener with clear communication and ability to distill complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation for Ashby’s solution for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers.
• Own 12-15 active implementations at a time, each lasting 4-8 weeks.
• Develop and execute implementation plans ensuring positive customer experience and value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Travel <10% for customer engagements.
