Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn signed customer contracts into working, adopted solutions. You will own hands-on implementation activities from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, launch, and handoff—helping customers reach measurable first value from 3E’s products.

This role blends technical work with customer interaction, coordinating with cross-functional teams and partners, and managing priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining clear milestones

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, technical account or project management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to configure software, troubleshoot setup issues, and learn new products.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects or implementations to deadlines and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned customer implementations from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, launch and handoff.
• Translate scope of work into a documented implementation plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Configure customer environments, including inventory, structure, users, roles, integrations, and core workflows.
• Work with customer contacts to validate the solution and deliver foundational training.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud and external partners for delivery.
• Track milestones and identify risks, dependencies, or scope changes early.
• Follow change-control processes when requests extend beyond the scope.
• Surface bugs and feature requests to internal teams.
