Job summary

NEC Digital Studio is seeking a skilled User Researcher to plan, facilitate and lead user research across a range of projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams while embracing autonomy and strong project management.

You will champion our UCD approach, collaborate with Service Design and Digital teams, and help NEC Digital Studio win work by spotting opportunities and contributing to proposals. Hybrid working with some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading user research in multidisciplinary settings.
• Ability to conduct inclusive and accessible research for diverse user groups.
• Familiarity with public sector projects and Government Service Standards (GDS).
• Proven ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
