Partnered with a global Microsoft Security Solutions Partner and MISA Awards Finalist, building their Security Business Development and Account Management team in a new strategic direction.

This growing, Microsoft-first security business also offers wider vendor services. They are a Microsoft Managed, MISA member, and awards finalist, focusing on the SMC sector and Enterprise across various industries. They seek motivated Security BDMs to support their growth.

Ideal candidates are those with experience in cybersecurity sales, managed security, or PS consulting, with strong connections at Microsoft to facilitate sales.

Requirements include a background in MXDR and professional security services/consulting, with access to tools and credibility to succeed. The company provides customer IP products, a global sales operation, and strong vendor relationships.

You should be a motivated, experienced new logo seller, possibly with multiple service sales experience, eager to deepen into security. You will be supported by a team with solid presales, MVP-level consulting, and unique customer products.

Managed Security Services include:

  • Managed XDR

Professional Services/Consulting include:

  • Cloud Security, Defender for Cloud/Entra/Intune
  • Purview Compliance/Data Governance
  • Security Copilot
Responsibilities...
  • Lead growth in new accounts.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and vendors, including Microsoft.
  • Create and manage sales pipelines across security services and consulting.
  • Maintain contact with existing clients.
  • Track and analyze metrics.
  • Understand customer security postures and identify solutions.
  • Advise customers on security services and solutions using expert knowledge.
Key Experience...
  • Full sales cycle experience with deal closing success.
  • Experience with Microsoft Managed and/or Professional Security Services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Security stack and other vendor licensing models (MXDR, cloud, IAM, Purview, Copilot for Security).
  • Ability to discuss solutions with customers.
  • Proven sales targets achievement in security services.
  • Experience selling MXDR/MDR services.
  • Security solutions into new PS and/or MS customers.
  • Interest in Microsoft or wider security vendor services.
