Microsoft D365 Business Central Support Consultant, Fully Remote

Pearson Carter are currently working with one of the most reputable Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central Partners in the UK. They are looking to grow their team as the business have several exciting new projects within Dynamics 365 Business Central that are about to start with the company. The client is seeking a strong candidate who has extensive experience with Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The client offers an excellent starting salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience as well as offering full remote working along with a great benefits package and a real focus on professional development.

Applications are welcome from professionals with Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support customer with D365 BC issues and resolve problems for users.
  • Deliver great customer service and technical support to TSG customers.
  • Deliver high level 2nd line support.
  • Work on Small ISV Projects from a functional standpoint.
  • Collaborate with 3rd Line Support/Development Teams.
Experience
  • Experience in a D365 BC Support consultant role.
  • Must have MS Partner background.
  • Must have experience delivering high level 2nd line support.
Desirable
  • Further experience across: Third-party Integrations, API/Service Connectivity Issues, User Documentation, Knowledge baseUpdates.
  • Someone who is looking to move into a consultancy role in the near Future.
Salary

The client offers an excellent starting salary of up to £45,000 as well as home working & pension schemes.

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has got an office in the North East of England but offers an entirely remote working environment.
