You’ll be part of a team that’s trusted and relied upon across the business, learning to provide insights that help Switch2 realise commercial opportunities and improve client relationships.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Monitoring: Learn to monitor prepayment credit performance using exception reports and BI analytics tools. Analyse heat network performance data to identify properties that need attention. Help assess and prioritise issues based on urgency and impact. Develop your understanding of data patterns and what they mean for the business.
• Coordination & Communication: Coordinate appointment bookings through Customer Service for property visits. Help create clear briefings for Field Service engineers. Track progress on active cases using our Jira systems. Support monthly reporting that goes to clients and senior management.
• Learning & Development: Work closely with experienced team members to develop your technical knowledge and business understanding. Build mutually beneficial relationships across Customer Service, Field Services, and Client Account Management teams. Learn about debt management, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Contribute to identifying patterns that may suggest new service opportunities or improvements. Participate in carbon reduction projects that make heat networks more sustainable and support the UK's Net Zero journey. Share insights and learnings with the team to help everyone improve.
